In front of every technical request, we first always seek to use or to adapt our standard products to the customer’s application. In case this way is not enough to figure out the right product, we implement a specific customized solution to the customer’s requirements.
To do so, we benefit from the skills of our Engineering department, supported by external technical consultants in various industrial fields (electronics, mechanics, raw materials, …).
In a nutshell, our service is based on the following features:
- control of the manufacturing process from designing the motors and actuators up to marketing them,
- conformity of our products with the international standards and rules in force (electro-magnetical compliance, IEC 601-1, TÜV certification,…),
- commitment to quickly analyse any technical request to propose an efficient solution for existing applications or new projects.
We can make and send prototypes or samples adapted to the customers’ frame for their own testing sessions, within 2 to 3 weeks.
The tests sessions can also be carried out by us in our company (with or without the customer’s frame).
